Locally here in our city, corporations, associations and independent party and event planners of special events, meetings, conventions, tourism, attractions, hospitality and all areas of the entertainment industry are looking to shop, compare and contrast and find the latest products and services to do business. This event, is a business event, for the event business.


Attendees arrive and are given their instructions. There is a brief social reception before the official networking starts. Attendees then move to their assigned tables. Each table has “Table Host Sponsor” that functions as a greeter/facilitator to moderate the conversations keep things moving. After all attendees have delivered their message to the groups rotate to their next table and this repeats. In the midpoint of the event, there will be a brief presentation by the “Presenting Sponsor” of the event. After this presentation, we go back to Speed Networking. At the conclusion of the event, we will thank our Sponsors, Table Hosts, VIPs and Attendees and open socializing and networking until the event ends.
